Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and All Craft LLC (“we”), a United States limited liability company, covering the Coloranto app and this website. By using Coloranto you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

Your account

You can use Coloranto without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, that sign-in identifies you to us and lets your purchases follow you to another device. Keep control of the Google or Apple account you use, because anyone who can sign in with it can reach your Coloranto content. Only one device can be signed in to an account at a time, and signing in somewhere new signs the previous device out.

Patterns and what you may do with them

The patterns, charts, artwork and software in Coloranto belong to us or to our licensors. When you unlock a pattern, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it inside the app for your own craft projects, including physical pieces you stitch or bead for yourself or as gifts.

You may not:

• extract, export, re-publish, share or resell the pattern files or charts;
• sell kits, printed charts or digital copies derived from our patterns;
• circumvent the protections on pattern files, or use an automated tool to download the catalogue.

Selling a finished physical piece you made yourself is fine. Selling the pattern is not.

Purchases, subscriptions and coins

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, under their terms. A subscription renews until you cancel it, and you cancel it in the App Store or Google Play rather than here.

Coins are an in-app currency with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or refunded once spent, and they expire only if we close your account. Patterns you have already unlocked stay unlocked if a subscription lapses.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, that right stands regardless of these terms.

Using the service properly

Please do not attack, overload or probe the service, try to reach other people’s data, or use Coloranto for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We try to keep Coloranto running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have bought, we will offer a refund or a fair equivalent.

Your progress

Your progress is stored on your device and, where you are signed in, on our servers. Backups are not guaranteed, so treat a long piece of work the way you would treat any other file you care about. Deleting your data (see the Privacy Policy) deletes your progress permanently.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights and nothing in these terms takes them away.

Ending this agreement

You can stop using Coloranto at any time and delete your data from within the app. We may end this agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Coloranto after that means you accept the new terms.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Nearly everything is settled that way.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these terms changes that, and the governing law above does not take it away.
